Just a note to update you all on the status of our practice reopening.
My plan is to reopen starting Monday May 18th starting at 8:00 am.
As stated previously, we will be pre-screening all patients beforehand to access your risk level of exposure to COVID-19.
You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are determined to be a high risk or have had any viral symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, loss of smell or taste or difficulty breathing.
We ask that you stay in your car when you arrive and call the office to let us know you are here. We will let you know when you can come into the office.
Please wear a mask into the office.
We ask that family members accompanying patient to their appointments to please stay outside of the practice. Exceptions will be made for children and patients needing assistance and we ask that they also wear a mask into the practice.
We will be taking your temperature when you arrive and will ask that you fill out our screening form to verify your health and to consent for treatment.
You will be asked to wash your hands when you arrive and also rinse with a antibacterial rinse prior to treatment.
Be assured that we have reinforced our already comprehensive Infection Control procedures with our staff, which include frequent hand washing, use of clean masks and gloves, use of disposables, air cleaners and disinfecting all surfaces in the treatment rooms and reception areas.
The safety of our patients, staff and community are paramount. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves and hopefully disolves , we will continue to actively monitor the situation and will continue to follow CDC and OSHA recommendations.
